As a Design Consultant at The Why Hub, I contribute by providing strategic guidance to enhance the design of various programs. My role involves drafting insightful articles, developing practical tools, and collaborating closely with teams to create innovative solutions that empower different organizations to achieve their goals effectively.

I worked under two separate contracts. From February to March 2024, I focused on automating the extraction of data from electronic tax folders and supported data-cleaning tasks. Previously, from April to October 2023, I conducted an in-depth analysis of the Conecta Ideas Perú program, investigating the potential impact of gender on both teachers' and students' performance and their adoption of technology.

I began my journey with IPA in 2020 as an intern. By 2021, I transitioned to the role of an analyst, and in 2022, I progressed to the position of an Associate Researcher. Throughout my tenure, I've contributed to projects spanning agriculture, education, gender, technology, and mining.

Notably, one of the most challenging projects involved empowering women in rural areas of Guatemala, where DTMF tools were employed to safeguard the safety of the participants.

I obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Economics academic program.

Thanks to a scholarship from ProInnovate Peru I obtained a scholarship to study web programming at Coding Dojo.
